Indian Institute of Information Technology Sri City Chittoor (IIITS) was established by Government of India as an Institute of National Importance under the Act of Parliament in PPP model along with Government of Andhra Pradesh and Industry Partners-Sri City Foundation and Sri City Pvt. Limited. 1. Post Name : Lecturers 2. Minimum Eligibility: Mathematics: Qualification & Experience Master’s Degree (PhD Preferred) in Mathematics from a CFTI or an equally reputed national or overseas university along with minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience in CFTI/Institution of National Importance or equally reputed institution. English: Qualification & Experience: a) Master’s Degree (PhD Preferred) in English with good academic record from a CFTI or an equally reputed national or overseas university along with minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience in CFTI/Institution of National Importance or equally reputed institution. Teaching experience from technical institution is preferred. b) Excellent language and communication skills c) Ability to mentor and help students who come from rural background. d) Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and good interpersonal relationship skills. 3. Salary & Benefits: a) The Competent Authority of IIIT Sri City Chittoor may decide suitable norms for shortlisting of candidates. b) The salary shall be in the range of Rs. 50,000-70,000 (Consolidated), as per the recommendations of the selection committee. Lecturers (On Contract) are not eligible for any other benefits. 4. Term of Appointment: Initial appointment will be period of one academic year with possibility of further extensions.
