Eligibility for Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
- Essential Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Biotechnology or Microbiology with a good academic track record as per DBT manpower recruitment guidelines. Candidates with a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Bioscience & Bioengineering OR Chemical Engineering will also be considered.
- Experience/Exam: Applicants must have qualified for one of the following: CSIR/UGC National Eligibility Test, GATE, or equivalent national-level exams.
- Desirable: Prior research experience/hands-on training with anaerobic microbiology, pure microbial cultures handling, and analytical techniques such as HPLC/LC-MS, GC (gaseous analysis), and GC-MS.
