Educational Qualification:
- Essential: Any Bachelor's Degree (preference to Bachelor's in Science) AND a Master's in Library & Information Science (MLISc) or equivalent, with a consistent good academic and conduct record.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Computers, IT & digital application in libraries; preference to candidates with a Degree in Computer Science; good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Experience:Not specified, but a consistent good academic and conduct record is required.
Skills:Library management, knowledge of digital library applications, computer and IT skills, communication skills in English and Hindi.
Age Limit (as on the last date of application):
- SC: Maximum 35 years.
- EWS: Maximum 30 years.

- Second Year: ₹20,000
