Selection Process & Screening Clause
The PSSSB Junior Engineer selection consists of two stages:
- Objective-Type Written Examination: Candidates will appear in a Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) written examination. A merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained.
- Counselling and Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for counselling. All original supporting documents must be produced at this stage. Candidates are recommended to departments according to the common merit list and available vacancies.
The examination originally scheduled for 18 October 2026 has been postponed. A revised date, admit card schedule, and examination pattern will be published separately on sssb.punjab.gov.in.
No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the examination or counselling.
