Eligibility Criteria – IIT Delhi Recruitment 2026

Educational Qualification

• Jr. Research Fellow: 1st Class B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering / Physics / Engineering Physics or relevant field. Strong knowledge of electromagnetics required. Prior experience in photonics preferred. NET/GATE may be relaxed for CFTI graduates with CGPA > 8.0.
• Research Associate: PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Photonics or relevant area with research focus in photonic circuit design and measurement. Experience with Ansys Lumerical preferred.
