- Visit the SAMARTH Portal: Go to https://iitbhunt.samarth.edu.in.
- Register: Create an account using a valid, active personal email ID.
- Log in and Select Post: Log in and select the desired post code as per your qualification and experience.
- Fill the Form: Fill in personal, educational, and experience details carefully.
- Upload Documents: Scan and upload your photograph, signature, and all relevant supporting documents.
- Pay the Fee: Pay the application fee online through the payment gateway (Internet Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI).
- Review and Submit: Verify all details and submit the application. No edits are permitted post-submission.
- Print Application: Take a printout of the submitted application form.
- Send Hard Copy: Send the printout, along with all relevant supporting documents, by Speed Post to the Registrar, IIT (BHU), Varanasi – 221005, within seven (7) days of the last date. The envelope must be superscribed with the application form number, advertisement number, and name and code of the post.
Note: The online portal shall remain open from 11.07.2026 to 10.08.2026 (till 05:00 PM). No other method of submission of application shall be entertained.
