Educational Qualification: Senior Scientific Office: 1. Ph.D. degree in Engineering/ Chemistry/Physics/ Biology/ Material Science 2. At least 5 years relevant post-Ph.D. degree experience in specialized domain with at least 3 years’ in Academic Grade. Executive Engineer (Civil / Electrical): (1) M.E./M. Tech. degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering with 55% Marks in Civil or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with At least 8 year experience in relevant field as Engineer, of which 5 years should be as Assistant Engineer in the Level 10 (or its equivalent) OR First class (or equivalent) in B.E./B. Tech. degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University /Institute with at least 10 years’ experience in relevant field as Engineer, of which 5 years should be as Assistant Engineer in the Pay Level 10 (or its equivalent) Scientific Officer (AIOT): Ph.D. degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Microelectronics/ Materials Engineering or Physics or equivalent. OR 2. M. Tech. degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Microelectronics/ Materials Engineering or equivalent with 03 years relevant experience Scientific Officer (SAIDE): Ph.D degree in an appropriate engineering, physics and biology OR M.
