Educational Qualification: A Master’s Degree in Education, Business Development, International Development, Business Administration, Communication, Science, or related fields. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sciences may be an advantage.

Experience: A minimum of 5 or more years of experience in the field of Human Resources of which 2 to 3 years Experience as an Academic Recruiter in an international higher educational organization or a similar environment is preferred.
