Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
Project Research Scientist III (Advt. 211/2026)
- Post Graduate Degree (including integrated PG) with 5 years post-qualification experience, OR PhD + 2 years post-qualification experience.
- For Engineering/IT/CS: Four-year Graduate degree with 5 years experience, OR PG degree with 3 years experience, OR PhD.
Project Research Scientist II (Advt. 212/2026 & 216/2026)
- First-class PG degree (including integrated PG) with 3 years experience, OR PhD.
- OR Second-class PG degree (including integrated PG) with PhD and 3 years experience.
Project Technical Support III (Advt. 215/2026)
- Three-year Graduate degree in relevant field + 3 years post-qualification experience, OR PG in relevant field.
- OR For Engineering/IT/CS: Four-year Graduate Degree.
Project Technical Support II (Advt. 214/2026)
- 12th in Science + Diploma (MLT)/DMLT/Engineering or equivalent + 5 years relevant experience.
- OR Three-year Graduate degree in relevant field + 2 years relevant experience.
Project Technical Support I (Advt. 217/2026)
- 12th + Diploma (MLT)/DMLT/Engineering or equivalent + 2 years relevant experience.
- OR Three-year Graduate degree in relevant field + 1 year relevant experience.
General Conditions: Candidates must be Indian citizens. Crucial date for eligibility determination is 06.11.2026. Only relevant experience after minimum qualifying degree counted. Higher qualification does not guarantee interview call. Applicants working in IIT Madras projects must apply through proper channel or produce NOC at document verification.
