Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras Invites Application for Project Engineer Recruitment 2025

Candidates who wish to apply for the IIT Madras Project Engineer Recruitment 2026 must apply online through the official IC&SR portal.

1. Visit Application Portal: Go to the official IC&SR IIT Madras careers page: https://icandsr.iitm.ac.in/careers/current_openings.php.
2. Register/Login: Register using a valid email ID and create a login. Keep your login credentials for future reference.
3. Find Advertisement: Check for Advertisement No. Advt.136/2026 and click on the link to apply for the Project Engineer position.
4. Fill Application Form: Fill in the online application form with accurate personal, educational, and experience details.
5. Select Post: Ensure you are applying for the correct position. If applying for more than one position, select all before final submission.
6. Review & Submit: Review all details carefully before final submission. The application cannot be edited or reverted once submitted.
7. Confirmation: After successful submission, take a printout of the application form. This will be required at the time of the document verification/interview. Hard copy of the application is NOT to be sent to the Institute.

Note: Candidates working in any project at IIT Madras must apply through the proper channel and will need a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) to appear for the test/interview.

• Shortlisting: IIT Madras reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates called for the test/interview based on qualifications and experience.
• Eligibility Cut-off Date: The crucial date for determining eligibility is the last date for online application submission (28th July 2026).
• Document Verification: Original documents will be verified at the time of the test/interview.
• No TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Dearness Allowance is typically paid for attending the selection process.
• NOC: Candidates currently employed in any project at IIT Madras or other organizations must produce a No-Objection Certificate (NOC).
