Educational Qualification:
Research Associate-III: Doctorate in areas related to Mechanical / Aerospace / Production / Manufacturing / Automobile / Welding / Mechatronics / Surface Engineering or equivalent with at least three research papers in peer-reviewed Journal. In case the candidate has a patent, that will also be considered equivalent to one research paper. Desirable Qualification: The candidates having experience in the field of Thermal Spraying/Surface Engineering will be given preference.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF): First class Master’s degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Production / Manufacturing / Automobile / Welding / Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized institute plus good GATE/NET score. OR First class Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Production / Manufacturing / Automobile / Welding / Mechatronics Engineering plus valid GATE/NET score. Desirable Qualification: The candidates having prior exposure to robotic programming and/or thermal spray systems will be given preference.
Laboratory Assistant: First class Three-years diploma in Mechanical / Aerospace / Production / Manufacturing / Automobile / Welding / Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized institute. Desirable Qualification: The candidates having prior exposure to robotic programming and/or thermal spray systems will be given preference. The candidates will have to clear a trade test.
Scientific Administrative Assistant: First class graduate degree in any discipline Desirable Qualification: The candidates having extensive hands-on experience of MS-office applications, internet surfing and office management will be given preference. The candidates will be required to take a computer test for typing and MS applications.
