Stipend as per Apprentices Act, 1961/1973, Apprentices Rules 1992, and IOCL guidelines.
Age Limit: 18 to 24 Years as on 31-07-2026. Age relaxation: SC – 5 years; OBC(NCL) – 3 years; PwBD – 10 years (additional for SC/OBC).

Merit-based on percentage of marks in the qualifying examination (No written test).

How to Apply
The application process has two mandatory steps. Both must be completed for the application to be considered valid.
Step I: Registration and Application on NAPS/NATS Portal
- For Codes 101, 102, 108, 109, 110 & 111: Register and apply on the NAPS portal: apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. Search for location "IOCL, Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex" and select the respective trade.
- For Codes 104, 105, 106 & 107: Register and apply on the NATS/BOAT portal: nats.education.gov.in.
- Establishment IDs: NATS - NHRPPC000003; NAPS - E10150600035.
Step II: Filling Additional Details on Microsoft Forms
- After applying on NAPS/NATS, mandatorily submit details in the Microsoft Forms link available on the IOCL website (www.iocl.com).
- Submit only one response. Ensure the Enrollment/Student ID matches Step I.
- Use the same email ID and mobile number as in Step I.
Note: Both steps must be completed by 12-08-2026 (17:00 Hrs). Incomplete applications will be rejected.

- No Written Test: Selection is purely merit-based on academic marks. No examination will be conducted.
