Educational Qualification:Post-specific qualifications as detailed in the eligibility table. All qualifications must be from a recognized University/Institute as a full-time regular course. Part-time/Correspondence/Distance Learning qualifications are not eligible.
Skills:Relevant technical, engineering, or administrative skills as per the trade/discipline.
Salary (Stipend):
Stipend as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprentices Rules, 1992, plus an additional ₹2,500/- per month towards miscellaneous expenses from IOCL.
Selection Procedure:
- Merit List prepared based on the percentage of marks secured in the prescribed qualification. (No written test/interview.)
- Document Verification of shortlisted candidates.
- Pre-engagement Medical Fitness Test as per Indian Oil's standards.

- Portal Registration: Register on the relevant portal: NAPS (for Trade Apprentices) or NATS (for Technician/Graduate Apprentices).
- Complete Profile: Ensure all details (Personal, Educational, Category, Aggregate Percentage) are correct and 100% complete.
- Apply for Opportunity: Log in, search for the establishment, and apply:
