Educational Qualification:
Assistant Secretary Grade-I: Candidates Should have A degree from a recognized university. Desirable: Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Social Work, Labour Welfare, or Law. Experience: At least two years of experience in executive roles in General Administration, Personnel, or Industrial Relations in an Industrial, Commercial, or Government organization.
Assistant Traffic Manager Grade-I: Candidates Should have A degree from a recognized university. Desirable: Two years of experience in shipping, cargo operations, or railway transportation in an Industrial or Government organization.
Assistant Personnel Officer Grade-I: Candidates Should have A degree from a recognized university. Desirable: Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Social Work, or Labour Welfare.
Experience: Two years of experience in executive roles in General Administration, Personnel, or Industrial Relations in an Industrial or Government organization.
Assistant Executive Engineer (Mechanical): Candidates Should have A degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute. Desirable Experience: Two years executive experience in Mechanical Engineering Discipline in an Industrial/ Commercial/ Govt. Undertaking.
Pay Scale:
INR
50000-160000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years.
Selection Procedure: The Management will select candidates based on their overall performance in this Computer Based Test and/or an interview.
Application Fee:
Unreserved (UR) candidates - Rs. 400/-.
Other Backward Classes (OBC) and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) - Rs. 300/-.
Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Women candidates. - Rs. 200/-.
Ex-Servicemen and PwBD - No fee.
