Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation Ltd Invites Application for Executive or Senior Executive Recruitment 2022

Sub.: Filling up One post of Sr. Executive (E-1)/Executive (E-0) in Tourism Department, at Regional Office/Ahmedabad under IRCTC/West Zone Mumbai on deputation basis. Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. is desirous to fill up One (01) post of Executive (E-0)/Sr. Executive (E-1) in Tourism Department, at Regional Office/Ahmedabad under IRCTC/West Zone Mumbai from Railway officials, on usual terms of deputation.

1. Position: Executive (E-0)/Sr. Executive (E-1)-Tourism

2. No. of post: 01 (One)

3. Place of Posting:- Regional Office/Ahmedabad under IRCTC/West Zone

4. Scale of pay: As per the DPE guidelines, Central Government employees on their selection for deputation would be eligible to draw their pay, perks and allowance of their parent cadre only along with prescribed deputation allowance. Medical Allowance (outdoor)-7% of basic pay of opted for Medical facilities of IRCTC& reimbursement of Medical expenses for hospitalization. Uniform fitment Allowance 7% of the basic pay. Lease/HRA at prescribed rate, etc.

5. Eligibility Criteria:- Personnel working in revised CDA scale of Rs 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4200 /Level-6 (7th CPC) with minimum of three (03) years service in GP/level (eligible for E-0 grade) - OR- GP Rs.4600/Level-7 (7th CPC) with less than three years (03) years in the GP/Level (Eligible for E-1 grade). Candidate must be below 55 years of age. Candidates working in regular Grade/Grade Pay/level will only be considered as "Eligible" for the above mentioned post. Candidates working in Grade/Grade Pay on MACP/Adhoc basis will be considered as per their substantive Grade/Scale.

6. Qualification/Experience Essential Applicant should be working in Commercial/Operating Cadre in the Railway having degree in any discipline from recognised university.

7. Desirable: - Proficiency of work in Tourism field and working knowledge of computer/MS- office/Excel shall be given preference.

8. Job Description:- Development of FTR departmental trains, Air-ticketing, Rail Tour Packages, Domestic air packages, Outbound Packages, Luxury Trains, Marketing & Development of tourism products, Liaisioning with Railways and other Tourism Departments of States & Centre, etc. The processes shall involve in Partial/Full Designing, R&D, Marketing, Operations, Monitoring The Conduct of Tour, Complaint Management, Punctuality Monitoring and Post Operations Services.
