Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA): Matriculation & ITI Certificate affiliated to NCVT/SCVT.

The authorized capital of the company is 250 crores and paid up capital is 160 crores, fully subscribed by Ministry of Railways, Government of India. Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC) headquarters is located in New Delhi. IRCTC is a subsidiary of the Indian Railways that handles the catering, tourism and online ticketing operations of the Indian railways. Online ticketing: Passengers can book ticket online as well as through mobile phones. In addition to e-tickets, IRCTC also offers I-tickets (These are like regular tickets except that they are booked online and delivered by post). To make e-tickets booking easier, IRCTC launched a scheme called Rolling Deposit Scheme (RDS). Rolling Deposit Scheme is a hassle-free e-ticket booking scheme allowing passengers to reserve seats against advance money kept with the corporation. Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation Ltd has also added flights and hotels booking facilities to their line of online reservation services. Tourism: IRCTC organizes budget and deluxe package tours for domestic and foreign tourists. Luxury tourism packages are also available, that involve special luxury trains such as Palace on Wheels, Royal Orient Express, Golden Chariot, Deccan Odyssey, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Buddhist Circuit Train. IRCTC also offers adventure tourism packages that include water sports, adventure and wildlife treks, etc. Provisions are also made for customizing tours as per specific requirements. Tatkal Booking: Under this scheme, passengers who plan their journey at short notice can book their tickets in almost all Mail/Express trains through the Indian railways internet portal. All Tatkal bookings can be done for trains departing within 48 hours.
