Educational Qualification: General Manager: Post Graduation Qualification (2 years duration) in Management with Specialization in HR from Reputed University/ Institution Desirable: Degree in Law from Recognized University/ Institution. Additional General Manager: Post Graduation Qualification (2 years duration) in Management with Specialization in HR from Reputed University/ Institution Desirable: Degree in Law from Recognized University/ Institution. Chief Manager: Post Graduation Qualification (2 years duration) in Management with Specialization in HR from Reputed University/ Institution Desirable: Degree in Law from Recognized University/ Institution Deputy General Manager: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) Desirable: Company Secretary (CS) / Degree in Law from Recognized University/ Institution. Senior Manager: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) Desirable: Company Secretary (CS) / Degree in Law from Recognized University/ Institution.
