Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Industrial Polymer Chemistry / PolymerChemistry / Polymer Science OR B.Tech in Rubber Technology / Polymer technology. Minimum 60% marks or minimum cumulative CGPA of7.0 out of 10 OR 3.5 out of 5.0 in the qualifying degree is essential. Desirable: Minimum 01-02 years of experience in industry / research & testing lab.

Indian Rubber Manufacturers Research Association (IRMRA) was established in the year 1959, It’s a prime Research and Development Organization to serve the Rubber to allied industries. The Association is affiliated to the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, of Government of India.
The quality policy of Association is focused on enhancing the technical competency of rubber and allied manufacturers and user by imparting training and provide reliable, dependable and traceable testing & evaluation service to our customer.
The Government of India sponsored the Association for supporting Research & Development to improve rubber industries for providing quality rubber products.The main objective of Association is to design & development of rubber compositing and process suitable for making rubber dame, by using different components of rubber dam, to develop and evaluate prototype rubber dams.
They also provide various services for testing like Automotive Tyre Testing, Rubber Processing, Chemical Testing, Physical Testing, Instrumentation Testing, Processing & Evaluation Services, etc.
