Educational Qualification:
M.Sc. (Chemistry/Chemical Science/Polymer Science) or M.Tech in Rubber/Polymer Science & Technology from a recognized university. Desirable Qualifications: Ph.D in the relevant field/Post Graduate in Rubber Technology/MBA or PG Diploma in (HR/FIN/MM/OM) from a recognized university.
Minimum 15 years relevant experience out of which ten years’ experience as HoD in Research & Development in the field of Rubber/Polymer Science & Technology including five year experience in management and administration of multidisciplinary Research organization.
Pay Scale:
INR
182200-224100/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years.

Application Fee: Application fee (non-refundable) of Rs. 500 (Rs. 300 for SC/ST/Woman Candidates) in favor of “Indian Rubber Manufactures Research INSTITUTE” is to be paid by a demand draft payable at Thane, Maharashtra and must be sent with the application. The Association is affiliated to the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, of Government of India.
The quality policy of Association is focused on enhancing the technical competency of rubber and allied manufacturers and user by imparting training and provide reliable, dependable and traceable testing & evaluation service to our customer.
The Government of India sponsored the Association for supporting Research & Development to improve rubber industries for providing quality rubber products.The main objective of Association is to design & development of rubber compositing and process suitable for making rubber dame, by using different components of rubber dam, to develop and evaluate prototype rubber dams.
They also provide various services for testing like Automotive Tyre Testing, Rubber Processing, Chemical Testing, Physical Testing, Instrumentation Testing, Processing & Evaluation Services, etc.
