Educational Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry/Chemical Science/Polymer Science) or M.Tech in Rubber/Polymer Science & Technology from a recognized university. Desirable Qualifications: Ph.D in the relevant field/Post Graduate in Rubber Technology/MBA or PG Diploma in (HR/FIN/MM/OM) from a recognized university. Minimum 15 years relevant experience out of which ten years’ experience as HoD in Research & Development in the field of Rubber/Polymer Science & Technology including five year experience in management and administration of multidisciplinary Research organization.

Pay Scale: INR 182200-224100/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years.
