Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Junior Research Officer (Field)

  • Essential Qualification: Master degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Population Studies/Geography/Sociology/Economics/Biostatistics/Social Work/Public Health.
  • Language Proficiency: State language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is a must (Specific to the requirement, e.g., Telugu for this position).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Understanding of quantitative research methods in large-scale demographic/health/social science surveys.
  • Desirable: Oral and written communication skills in Local Language and English. Experience in monitoring & field management in large-scale sample surveys (NFHS, DLHS, LASI, SAGE, GATS, IHDS, etc.).
