Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
Ground Instructor (Air Regulations)
- Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Aviation Credential (any one of the following):
- Currently held or previously held CPL (Commercial Pilot Licence) / ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence); OR
- Served or serving as an Air Traffic Controller with Airports Authority of India (AAI) or Defence Forces; OR
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in civil aviation regulatory domain, airline operations, or aviation safety management.
- Teaching Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching/instructional experience in aviation-related subjects at a DGCA-approved Flying Training Organisation, Defence Aviation Training Establishment, University/College offering aviation programmes, or AAI training centre.
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Maximum Age: 65 years as on 29 October 2026.
