Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Upper Division Clerk (UDC)
- Essential: Officers holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent Cadre/Department.
- OR With 5 years' service in the grade of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) or equivalent.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years on the closing date of application.
- Period of Deputation: Shall not ordinarily exceed 3 years.
Important Instructions
- Applications must be submitted Through Proper Channel.
- Advance copies may be sent if delay is anticipated in the channel, but must reach before the closing date.
- Enclose self-attested copies of certificates, last 5 years' APARs (2020-2021 onwards), vigilance clearance, and integrity certificate.
- The envelope should be superscribed: “Application for the post of Upper Division Clerk (UDC) on deputation basis, against Employment Notice No. IWAI-12/4/2022-Admn. Rectt. (Part-1) Dated 22.12.2025”.
