Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification & Experience

Candidates must hold analogous post OR have 5 years of regular service in Level-9/10 in the Pay Matrix (Pre-revised PB-3: Rs. 15600-39100 + GP Rs. 5400). Additionally, one of the following educational qualifications is mandatory:

  • Option A: Degree from a recognized University with a professional qualification of passing the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI), OR SAS Commercial examination of the Indian Audit & Accounts Department, OR member of any organized accounting/audit service.
  • Option B: 5 years’ regular service in Supervisory capacity in commercial accounts in the Finance or Accounts Department of the Central/State Govt., Semi-Govt., or PSU in the post of Level-10 in the Pay Matrix.

Desirable Qualification: A Degree or Diploma in Business Management is preferred.

2. Age Limit

The candidate must not exceed 56 years of age as of the closing date of application.

3. Mandatory Requirements

  • Transferability: The post carries all-India transfer liability.
  • Channel: Applications must be submitted through proper channel by candidates currently serving in Govt./PSUs.
  • Documents: Copies of APARs (Annual Performance Appraisal Reports) for the last 5 years (from 2020-2021 onwards), Vigilance Clearance, and Integrity Certificate are mandatory.
