Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- Supervisor (Electrical): Full-Time Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) + 2 years relevant experience.
- Supervisor (Civil): Full-Time Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) + 2 years relevant experience.
- Supervisor (Safety/HSE): Diploma in Engineering + Diploma in Industrial Safety with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) + 2–5 years relevant safety experience.
2. Age Limit (As on 01-02-2026)
- Electrical / Civil: Maximum 30 Years.
- Safety (HSE): Maximum 34 Years.
- Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Government of India rules for reserved categories.
Selection Process
The selection will be conducted in the following stages (Direct Recruitment based on Merit/Interview):
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on marks obtained in the qualifying Diploma examination.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview (Physical/Online).
- Document Verification: Final selection is subject to verification of original documents.
