5. Desirable Qualification: Experience in the area of synthesis/ catalysis/ natural product chemistry

Project(s) Title & (Project Number): catalysis/ natural product chemistry Exploration of Himalayan Medicinal plants for novel antimalarial agents characterization of potential molecule (MLP-0159) (tenure upto 31-03-2023) (02 positions of Project Associate-4) Development of processes for edible and industrial dye from plant sources for enhanced income (MLP-0166) (tenure upto 31-03- 2022) (01 position of Project Associate-l or Project Associate-l)
a. Selection Procedure
The Selection Committee(s) may adopt the selection criterion at its own i.e. either by conducting direct interview or written test followed by an interview on the same day.

4. Eligible candidates may appear for "Walk-in-Interview(s)" on the date, time and place mentioned above along with an application on prescribed format (with the latest colored passport size photo affixed on it) which is available on the CSIR-IHBT website www.ihbt.res.in along with self-attested photocopies of their testimonials of age, educational qualifications, experience, reserved category etc. at the time of interview. The positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the duration of the project.
5. There will be no right implicit or explicit for a regular position or any post in csIR-IHBT, whatsoever. Candidates must also bring with them original certificates of testimonials at the time of appearing for the interview failing which he/she will not be allowed to appear for the interview. No TA will be paid for attending the interview.
