Number of Vacancy: 44 Posts

Educational Qualification:
Professor: 1. A Medical Qualification included in the I or II scheduled or Part II of the III schedule to the IMC Act of 1956. 2. A Postgraduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject. And/or 3. M.Ch. for surgical and D.M. for Medical Superspecialities or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

Additional Professor: 1. A Post Graduate Qualification e.g. Master Degree, in the discipline speciality or equivalent. 2. A Doctorate degree like Ph.D. in the concerned speciality from a recognized University or a recognized qualification equivalent – thereto in the respective discipline/subject.

Assistant Professor: 1. A Medical qualification included in Schedule I & II or Part II of the III schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. (Candidates possessing the qualifications included in Part-II of the III Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in the Section 13(3) of the Act. 2. DM in Neurology i.e., requisite recognized specialization qualification in the subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
