Research Associate will work on resilience approaches in agrarian and development domains. 2. What we look for: Fair understanding for climate change adaptation and development issues Strong analytical skills, a capacity to write clearly

3. Essential Qualification: MA/ M.Sc. in any one of the following: Sustainable Development, Economics, Statistics, Environmental Sciences, Climate Science and Policy, Environmental Studies

4. Desirable Qualifications: Demonstrable academic writing skills and STATA programming

5. Contract period: Initially 12 months (with a probation for 04 months) and possibility of extension for the second year, based on performance

6. Remuneration: Consolidated remuneration Rs.35,000 to 40,000 per month based on experience, qualification and skills

Selection Procedure

The selection process involves short-listing based on CV and writing samples followed by a written assignment and online interview.
