Educational Qualification:
A. Ph.D./Master’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university/institute specializing in Psychology, Social Psychology, Human Resource Management, Social Science, or Education.
B. Proficiency in handling MS office.
C. Excellent command over oral and written English and Hindi language
D. Experience in carrying out qualitative data collection, transcription, and analysis
E. Experience in carrying out questionnaire design, data collection, and analysis
F. Proficiency in qualitative data analysis software, namely Atlas Ti or NVivo.

Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/ walkin interview. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as Research Fellow in IRMA.
