Additional Allowances: Selected candidates will be eligible for Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Provident Fund (PF) and other statutory benefits as applicable for the grade. Annual increment on Basic Pay is admissible during the tenure, subject to satisfactory performance. An amount @ 5% of monthly emoluments will be deducted as surety amount, which shall be returned without interest upon successful completion of the contract tenure.

Educational Qualification by Post

• Sr. Engineer (Commercial): BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with first class
• Sr. Engineer (QC): BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with first class
• Sr. Engineer (F&A): B.Tech in IT/CS or MCA with first class

Aggregate Percentage of Marks Required

• UR / OBC: 60% and above
• SC / ST / PwD: 50% and above

Required Experience (Minimum 5 Years Post-Qualification)

• Sr. Engineer (Commercial): Minimum 5 years of experience in preparing techno-commercial offers for control valves, butterfly valves, power cylinders and other products in the commercial marketing division of a control valve industry, with direct customer interaction capability and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Sr. Engineer (QC): Minimum 5 years of experience in carrying out customer inspections of control valves, butterfly valves, power cylinders etc., with knowledge of applicable standards for control valves and butterfly valves. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Level-II certification in RT, UT, MPI and LPT in the control valve industry is required. Proficiency in MS Office applications is expected.
• Sr. Engineer (F&A): Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputed public limited company in the following functions — (1) Database management of Finance & Accounts department; (2) Programming in FoxPro and/or Oracle ERP systems for process and report generation; (3) Processing of IT-TDS returns (Form 16/16A) and GST monthly/annual return filing. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in Central/State Public Sector Undertakings.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

Selection will be made through Personal Interview followed by document verification. The selection will be made strictly on the basis of qualifying marks, post-qualification experience, and performance in the interview, in the order of merit.

• Candidates must report for the interview at the designated venue with all original documents for verification.
• Selection panel may shortlist candidates for interview based on screening of qualifications and experience if the number of eligible candidates exceeds the interview capacity.
• Travel Reimbursement: Candidates attending the interview will be reimbursed III AC train fare by the shortest route, subject to production of valid proof of travel. No TA/DA is admissible in addition to this train fare.
