Eligibility for Deputy General Manager / Company Affairs

• Essential Qualification: Fellow/Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Desirable Qualification: Additional Qualification of LLB from a reputed university will be preferred.
• Experience: Total experience of 9 years is required, out of which a minimum of 3 years must be in a listed company.
• Age Limit: Maximum 41 years (as on 01-01-2026).
• Age Relaxation: Applicable as per government norms for reserved categories (OBC/SC/ST/EWS/PWD/Ex-Serviceman).

Eligible candidates will be called for a selection process comprising of a Written Exam and/or Interview.
