IRCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is inviting applications for the following position:

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with not less than 60% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE/UGC.

Age Limit:

• Maximum 50 Years as on 01.12.2025.
• Age relaxations will be applicable as per Government of India guidelines for reserved categories.

Experience:

• Minimum Five years of post-qualification experience in Electrical construction, Procurement, Installation, Testing and commissioning/TRD Maintenance in Railways, Metro Rail, Power Transmission/Distribution utilities.
• Experience in Railway OHE /Power Supply/SCADA, E&M, Electrical utility Diversion shall be preferred.
• Note: Teaching/training/consultancy/Freelancing experience shall not be treated as relevant experience.

Medical Standards:

• Candidates must be in sound health and free from color blindness. No relaxation in health standards will be allowed.

Salary/Stipend Details

Selected candidates for the Manager/Electrical position will receive a fixed consolidated pay of ₹60,000/- per month. Additionally, an annual increment of 5% on the fixed consolidated pay will be provided after each completed year of service. Please note that no other allowances are admissible over and above the fixed pay.

The selection process for the Manager/Electrical positions will be conducted solely through Walk-in Interviews. Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before attending the interview to avoid disappointment.

General Information/Instructions

• The appointment is purely on a contract basis, initially for a period of two years, which may be further extended for another one year based on satisfactory performance and project requirements.
• The contract is co-terminus with the project for which the candidate is selected and does not confer any right to claim absorption in the regular establishment of IRCON.
• Candidates are required to arrange a Medical Health Insurance Policy of Rs Three Lakhs for self, with a premium ceiling of Rs 4000/- per annum, covering Covid-19 and other diseases. The premium amount will be reimbursed upon submission of the policy copy and original receipt.
• Minimum Provident Fund (PF) as prescribed under the EPF & MP Act 1952 will be deducted from the salary, with a matching contribution made by IRCON.
• One leave for each calendar month of service can be availed during the contract period. Leave can be carried forward and accumulated, but no leave encashment for un-availed leave is allowed.
• Weekly off and other public holidays, when the project office remains closed, would be available as per project norms.
• TA/DA would also be admissible if deputed on outstation duty.
• Any false or incorrect information provided by the candidate will lead to the rejection/cancellation of candidature at any stage.
• Ex-contract employees of IRCON, whose services were terminated due to project closure, are also eligible to apply if they fulfill the required qualifications and experience.
• The number of posts indicated is provisional and may vary (increased, decreased, cancelled, restricted & modified) by the company at any point of time without assigning any reason.

How to Apply (Walk-in Interview)

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria should follow these steps to participate in the Walk-in Interview:

1. Ensure Eligibility: Before reporting for the Walk-in Interview, candidates must thoroughly ensure they fulfill all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement as on the cut-off date of 01.12.2025.
2. Prepare Application: Candidates should prepare an application typed on an A-4 size paper in the format attached in the official notification (refer to Annexure-A for OBC certificate format, and assume a general application format is provided within the full PDF).
3. Gather Documents: Bring one set of photocopies along with the original documents for verification. The required documents include:
   • Typed application form.
   • Experience Certificate(s) in chronological order. For present employment, submit the last two months' salary slip of the present employer in addition to the offer letter as proof of experience.
   • Date of Birth proof (Class X passing certificate).
   • Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) or Age relaxation certificate, issued in the prescribed format as per Government of India guidelines. For OBC candidates, the certificate must be issued in the current financial year and conform to Annexure-A format (non-creamy layer).
   • Qualification Degree/Diploma and all semester/year Mark sheets for the calculation of percentage in the qualifying degree.
4. Attend Interview: Report to the specified interview venue on the scheduled date and time. The registration for the Walk-in Interview shall start at 09:30 AM and will close at 01:00 PM only on the mentioned dates and locations.
5. Important Note: Only eligible applicants will be interviewed. It is mandatory to bring all original certificates in proof of age, community, educational qualifications, and experience for verification. Failure to produce original documents will lead to the candidate's interview not being held.
