IRCON HR Assistant Recruitment 2026: Overview

1. Educational Qualification

• Essential: 2 Years full time post graduate degree/diploma in HR/Personnel/IR/PM & IR with not less than 60% marks from a recognized university/institution approved by UGC/AICTE. (If dual specializations, certificate in the prescribed field must be provided).
• Desirable: Experience in SAP/ERP is desirable.

2. Experience

• Minimum two years of experience in Recruitments, Training & Development, and other HR Related activities.
• Exclusion: Teaching/training/consultancy/Freelancing experience shall not be treated as relevant experience.

3. Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 35 Years.
• Age Cut-off Date: 01-02-2026 (Age calculated as on this date).
• Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Government of India guidelines subject to fulfillment of requisite qualification & experience.
