Applications are invited for the post of JRF in “DBT, Govt. of India sponsored research project under Dr. Amit Sharma. DBT (No. BT/PR43567/BRB/10/1822/2019) 1. Project entitled: “Development of a sophisticated illumination device for regulating algal photosynthetic and metabolic efficiency” 2. Post Name: Project Junior Research Fellowship 3. Educational Qualifications: MSc (in any area of Life-sciences/ Bio-Physics/ Bio-Chemistry/ Physics/ Chemistry/M-Tech) with a minimum of 55 % aggregate marks (equivalent CGPA). 4. Desirable Qualifications: NET/GATE/CSIR/UGC/DBT/ICMR JRF/DST INSPIRE and a prior hands-on research experience in either of following; Algal cell cultivation, Photosynthesis and metabolic studies, Instrumentation building, Optics, Programming skills, Mathematical Biology. Students with multidisciplinary background with strong understanding of either of the subjects: Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Electronics and communication/ Computer science/ Electrical engineering/ Biotechnology till graduation level are encouraged to apply. 5.
