Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Staff Nurse (RCH/NBSU): 10+2 or Intermediate with 3-year GNM course from recognized institution; registered under Jharkhand Nursing Council.
- District PPM Coordinator (NTEP): Postgraduate in any discipline; 1 year experience in communication/ACSM/health projects; permanent two-wheeler driving license. Preference for RNTCP experience or relevant degree.
- ANM (RCH) - Backlog: 10+2 or equivalent and ANM course from recognized institution approved by INC; registered under Jharkhand Nursing Council.
- Block Data Manager (RCH) - Backlog: Graduation with Diploma in Computer Application or equivalent; minimum 2 years experience; fluency in local language.
- ARSH Counselor - Backlog: Postgraduate in Psychology, Social Work, etc., or Diploma in Nursing with 1 year experience in adolescent work; knowledge of MS Office.
- Sanitary Attendant (NPHCE) - Backlog: 10th/12th pass with at least 2 years hospital experience.
- Rehabilitation Worker (NPHCE) - Backlog: 10+2 or equivalent with 1.5-year certificate course in rehabilitation; registered under Rehabilitation Council of India; 1 year hospital experience.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Selection is based on a 100-point marking scheme:
- 10th Board marks: 10 points (pro-rata)
- 12th Board marks: 10 points (pro-rata)
- Essential Qualification: 40 points (pro-rata)
- Higher Qualification: 25 points (pro-rata)
- Interview/Written Test: 15 points
Final merit list prepared by District Selection Committee, Simdega. Waitlist valid for one year. Selected candidates notified by registered post and district website. No TA/DA will be paid.
