Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (on contractual basis):
1. Post Name: Chief Financial Officer
2. Qualification : A qualified Chartered Accountant
3. Experience: 15 years in overseeing financial operations, preferably accounting and taxation matters, in banks/large corporates/PSUs/ FIs/Financial Services Organisations, of which 10 years should be in Banks/FIs (of which 5 years should be at Senior Management level)
4. Emolument: The pay compensation, other terms & conditions will be negotiated/finalized depending upon the candidate’s suitability & experience. Market linked remuneration with Fixed and Variable Components (Performance Linked).

Selection Procedure
1. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria and will be called for the interview. The candidates will have to appear for the interview at Bank’s Head Office, Mangaluru at their own cost.
2. The selection will be through interview and interaction on the basis of eligibility, experience, qualification and performance (subject to duly fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria). The engagement will be purely on contractual in nature for a period of 3 years (with renewable clause). The contract will be subject to satisfactory completion of background verification of the candidate. Selected candidate will be appointed on contract basis and posted to Bengaluru or any other place as desired by the Bank.
