  • Holding analogous posts with same pay scale in parent cadre with experience in Civil works, OR
  • Assistant Engineer (Civil) with 7 years’ experience in Civil Works in Level-7, OR
  • Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) or equivalent in Level-10 with 4 years’ regular service.

2. Assistant Director (Official Language)

• Service Criteria:
  • Holding analogous posts on regular basis, OR
  • 3 years’ service in Grade (Level-7) after regular appointment.
• Educational Qualification:
  • Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as compulsory/elective subject, OR
  • Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as compulsory/elective subject, OR
  • Master’s Degree in any subject with Hindi/English medium and the other as compulsory/elective.
• Experience: 3 years of terminological work in Hindi, translation work (English-Hindi), or teaching/research in Hindi/English.

Age Limit: Maximum 56 years as on 30.04.2026.
