Kerala Veterinary and Animal Science University (KVASU), was established in year 2010, by Government of Kerala.The main objective of the University is to impart education in different branches of Veterinary, Animal Science, Fishery Science and Allied Science, to liaise and established vital link between Department of Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Dairy Development of the State Government , Union Government and also with National & International Research Institute Specialized in the field of Veterinary, Animal Science, Fishery Science and Allied with a view to keep abreast of the latest technology to raise the level of Veterinary Studies.
