King George's Medical University Senior Resident Recruitment 2026 – Apply Walk-in for 09 Posts

King George's Medical University (KGMU), Lucknow, has released a notification for the recruitment of Senior Residents (Un-registered) on a short-term basis. Interested candidates holding MD/MS/DNB qualifications recognized by NMC can attend the walk-in-interview scheduled for 21st January 2026.

Vacancy Details

Eligibility for Senior Resident (Un-registered)

• Essential Qualification: Candidates should have passed MD/MS/DNB (for Senior Resident) recognized by MCI/NMC.
• Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 45 years for Senior Resident as per NMC rules.
• Experience: State Medical Registration is mandatory before joining, if selected.
• Other Requirements: Reservation will apply as per UP Government rules. Only candidates having domicile of Uttar Pradesh will be eligible for the benefit of reservation. Reserved category candidates having domicile other than Uttar Pradesh will be treated as unreserved category candidates. Candidates should download the application form from the KGMU website and submit it duly filled up along with self-certified copies of documents latest by 19th January 2026.
