Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Junior Resident (Non-PG)
- Essential Qualification: MBBS (including completion of Internship) or equivalent degree recognized by NMC/MCI.
- Age Limit: Upper age limit is 40 years as on the date of Interview. Age relaxation of up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates with UP domicile, widowed/divorced women, and disabled persons as per Govt rules.
- Experience: Candidates can apply for these posts only up to 5 years from their internship completion dates.
- Reservation: Reservation applies as per UP Govt rules. Candidates must have UP domicile to avail reservation benefits.
- Service Limit: Maximum 36 months of service allowed (max 18 months in one department).

Candidates must download the application form from the KGMU website and submit the duly filled form along with self-certified copies of documents by 5th February 2026 to the Office of the Medical Superintendent.
