Skills / Eligibility
1. Post Name: Instrumentation And Control Engineers 2. No. of Post: 01 3. Scale of Pay: RS.30000-3%-120000/- [SS] 4. Qualification : BE/BTech-Instrumentation & Control Engineering / BE/BTechElectronics & Communication with good academic performance from a recognized University / Institution. Qualification should be full-time. Candidates who obtained Engineering Degree through Distance or part-time education program or through Correspondence are not eligible & need not appear for walk in-interview. 5. Experience: Should have minimum 3 years of experience in the following areas Troubleshooting, analyzing field Instrumentation problems Calibration of weigh scales, weigh feeders, flow meters, pressure transmitters, switches etc. Commissions of drift types of transdwelers like RTD’s, thermocouples metal detectors, weigh scales, switches, flowmeters, etc. in the field and hooking up item upto PLC. Checking of Digital I/p, Digital O/p, Analog I/p, Analog O/p, RTD/Thermocouple modules and interfacing them with PLC/HMI. a. Checking communication between PLC’s, HMI’s, field I/O’s files and racks. Understanding ladder logic, Functional building blocks, sequential logic in PLC’s, modifying the same as per field requirement. Interfacing field I/o’s with HMI as per requirement. Supervision of cable laying between field trans dwells, MCC/control room. Maintenance of UPS, batteries etc. Wireless, telephone equipment maintenance, CC camera installation and maintenance. Knowledge in commissioning of Honeywell DCS System/ABB/Schneider PLC HMI System will be additional advantage. Experience in Pellet Plant & Steel Industry are desirable. 6. Desirable: Knowledge of safety, ISO Standards, quality control, productivity, Computer literacy. Ability in Strong team building, decisionmaking and people management skills.

30000 - 120000(Per Month)

Selection Procedure

2. The interested candidates should contact JGM (HR&A) and get themselves registered between 9.30 AM to 10.30 AM. Candidate should submit duly filled in application format along-with certificates /documents (self-attested photocopies) in proof of age, qualification, experience, reservation, Last Pay Slip etc. in the prescribed format.
3. It may be noted that only those candidates who fulfills the essential eligibility criteria will be considered for interview.
5. If you are detected with any of the symptoms such as cold, cough, fever etc. at the time of appearing for walk-in interview, you will not be allowed for interview.
6. All the candidates are requested to follow Covid-19 preventive norms by wearing mask & maintaining the social distance.
