Educational Qualification: Full-time MBA (HR)/ full-time MSW / full-time PGDBM (HR/HRD) (PGDBM should be 2 yrs full time recognized as MBA by UGC/ AICTE). A candidate having a degree in Law shall be preferred.

Krishak Bharati Cooperative Ltd (KRIBHCO) was incorporated on 17th April 1980 as a National Level Multi-State Cooperative Society. They promoting the cause of modern agriculture in the Country.
The vision and Mission of Corporation is to act as a catalyst to agricultural and rural development by selection, financing and managing project. That represents the farmers community and maximizes their returns through specialization in agricultural inputs, rural need based products and other diversified business for desirable and commercially profitable.
The prime objective of the corporation is to strengthen agriculture system by enhancing the urea installed capacity and increasing market. By transfer of technology for modern farming and improving facilities of education and training to farmers and also providing free testing facilities for soil nutrient and irrigation water.
