Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Vigilance Officer

• Essential: Officers holding analogous post OR 5 years in Level-12 OR 10 years in Level-11. Bachelor's degree + 3 years experience in vigilance matters, policy, administration, HR, finance, or court cases.
• Age Limit: Max 56 years.

Eligibility for Chief Port Administrator

• Essential: Officers holding analogous post OR 5 years in Level-12 OR 10 years in Level-11. Bachelor's degree + 3 years experience in operations, business admin, transport, logistics, security, or commerce.
• Desirable: Master's degree in Management.
• Age Limit: Max 56 years.

Eligibility for Port Administrator

• Essential: Officers holding analogous post OR 5 years in Level-10 OR 8 years in Level-8. 5 years experience in management, planning, administration, HR, finance, vigilance, or court cases.
• Desirable: Master's degree in Management.
• Age Limit: Max 56 years.

Eligibility for Assistant Engineer (Civil)

• Essential: Officers holding analogous post OR 5 years regular service in Level-6 (PWD/Equivalent). 3 years experience in civil engineering/monitoring of construction activities.
• Age Limit: Max 56 years.

Eligibility for Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical)

• Essential: Officers holding analogous post OR 5 years regular service in Level-5 (PWD/Equivalent). 3 years experience in civil/electrical engineering and monitoring of construction activities.
• Age Limit: Max 56 years.

Eligibility for Personal Assistant

• Essential: Officers holding analogous post OR 6 years in Level-5 OR 10 years as Steno 'D' in Level-4. 5 years experience in secretarial practices, office management, and communication.
• Age Limit: Max 56 years.

Eligibility for Assistant

• Essential: Officers holding analogous post OR 6 years in Level-5. 3 years experience in administration, HRD, or finance.
• Age Limit: Max 56 years.

Eligibility for Port Executive

• Essential: Officers holding analogous post OR 6 years in Level-5 OR 10 years in Level-4.
• Age Limit: Max 56 years.
