Eligibility Criteria for Member (P&D) Post

1. Deputation Basis

• Officers from Government of India or State Government.
• Pay Level: Holding a post equivalent to Joint Secretary (Level 14) OR Director Level (Level 13) with at least 4 years of service.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.

2. Contract Basis

Determined by the Search-cum-Selection Committee.

3. Age Limit

Maximum age limit is 56 years as of the closing date (13th April 2026).

Pay Scale & Service Conditions

The selected candidate will be appointed at the Level 14 of the Pay Matrix (7th CPC). The term of office is 5 years or until the age of 60 years, whichever is earlier. For detailed terms, refer to the LPAI Act 2010.
