Educational Qualification: The Direct Recovery Agency (DRA) will be an Institutional Agency/Collection Agency, preferably, Firms with sufficient means/ resources/ field experience will be considered for empanelment. Collection Agencies can be agencies who are providing collection services to banks, credit card companies and other HFCs. Individuals with proven track record can also be considered for this assignment.

LIC Housing Finance Ltd. is one of the largest Housing Finance company in India. It was established on 19th June 1989, the Company was promoted by LIC of India and went public in the year 1994. The Company is registered with National Housing Bank and listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) & Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) and its shares are traded only in Demat format.
