- Scientist / Engineer - ‘SC’ (Turbo Machinery): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Aerospace AND M.E./M.Tech in Turbo Machinery / Thermal & Fluids Engg. / Aerospace Propulsion. Minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 in B.E./B.Tech and 60% marks or CGPA/CPI 6.5 in M.E./M.Tech.
- Scientist / Engineer - ‘SC’ (Power Electronics): B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation / Applied Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical / Avionics / Power Engg.
