• Scientist / Engineer - ‘SC’ (Welding): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy / Manufacturing / Material Science AND M.E./M.Tech in Welding Technology / Mechanical Welding and Sheet Metal Engg. / Manufacturing / Metallurgy / Production. Minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 in B.E./B.Tech and 60% marks or CGPA/CPI 6.5 in M.E./M.Tech.
• Scientist / Engineer - ‘SC’ (Turbo Machinery): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Aerospace AND M.E./M.Tech in Turbo Machinery / Thermal & Fluids Engg. / Aerospace Propulsion. Minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 in B.E./B.Tech and 60% marks or CGPA/CPI 6.5 in M.E./M.Tech.
• Scientist / Engineer - ‘SC’ (Power Electronics): B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation / Applied Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical / Avionics / Power Engg. AND M.E./M.Tech in Power Electronics / Power Electronics and Control / Power Control and Drives / Advanced Electrical Power System / Electrical and Electronics / High Voltage and Power Systems Engg. / Industrial Power Control and drives.
