Educational Qualification: Any Graduation and a minimum of 2 years of experience in mobilizing communities for developmental interventions. Exceptional candidates with good grassroots-level experience for three years will be preferred irrespective of their qualifications. Natives only will be considered. The incumbent must understand, read and write Malayalam.
