Eligibility for Engineer (Electrical)

• Essential Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering acquired through Regular/Full Time course from Universities/Institutes recognized by Government or accredited by bodies like UGC/AICTE.
• Experience: Minimum 13 years of relevant post-qualification experience in execution of Electrical works at site for Building construction or industrial projects as on 12/12/2025. Experience must be in full-time jobs on regular salary basis. Freelance/entrepreneurial experience not considered. Period of MT/ET/GT in PSUs and Apprenticeship under Apprenticeship Act considered; teaching/research experience not counted.
• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years (General/EWS) as on 12/12/2025. Relaxations: 3 years for OBC (NCL), 5 years for SC/ST, 10 years for PwD (General), 13 years for PwD (OBC), 15 years for PwD (SC/ST), 5 years for J&K domicile (01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989).

Salary & Selection

• Salary: Rs. 80,910/- per month (consolidated). Includes metro/site allowance, subsidized accommodation/HRA, medical facilities, PF, Leave, and GPA as per company rules for contract employees.
• Selection Process: Personal Interview. TA/DA will be reimbursed to outstation candidates (III Tier A/C rail fare or Rs. 7/km by road).
