Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Manager (Marketing)

• Essential Qualification: Engineering degree in any discipline acquired through Regular/Full Time course only. MBA acquired through Regular/Full Time/Open and Distance learning mode from UGC recognized University.
• Experience: Minimum 01 (One) year post qualification experience in Business Development Activities as on 12 December 2025. Experience must be full-time on regular salary basis in relevant area. Apprenticeship under Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and its amendments is considered. On-the-job training as MT/ET/GT in PSUs is considered. Articleship/Internship/Academic Project/Teaching/Research/Freelance/Entrepreneurial experience not considered.
• Age Limit: Upper Age Limit is 30 Years (as on 12 December 2025). Relaxation: 10 Years for PwD (General); 5 Years for J&K domicile; As per Govt. guidelines for Ex-Servicemen. Additional 01 year relaxation for every 01 year of additional experience, limited to maximum 03 years. Maximum age shall not exceed 52 years.
• Salary: Rs. 50,000-3%-1,60,000/- (E-1 Grade). In addition to Basic Pay and DA (IDA pattern), eligible for subsidized accommodation or HRA, Perks & Allowances under ‘Cafeteria Approach’, Performance Related Pay (PRP), medical facilities, PF, Gratuity, Leave, GPA, NPS and PSMBS as per Company’s rules.
