2. These posts are proposed to be filled up on deputation/absorption basis by the permanent Government employees. The details/eligibility criteria for applying against the said post are givenย

5.ย Qualification:ย Possession of a valid driving license for motor cars Knowledge of motor mechanism (the candidate should be able to remove minor defects in vehicles); and Experience of driving a motor car for at least three years. Pass in 10th standard

6.ย Eligibility for deputation/absorption:ย Regular Despatch Riders (Group) and Group C employees in Level 1 in Pay Matrix (Rs. 18000-56900/- in the Ministry of Culture who possess valid Driving License for motor cars on the basis of a driving test to assess their competence to drive motor cars, failing9 which from officials holding the post of Despatch Ride on regular basis or regular Group C employees in Leve |1 in Pay Matrix (Rs.18000-56900/-) in other Ministries of the central Governments who fuifill the necessary qualifications as mentioned above.

7.ย Tenure of deputation:ย The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or Department of the Central Government I shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
