• Junior Engineer (Civil): With twelve years of regular service rendered after appointment to the post in Level-6 (Rs. 35,400 - 1,12,400).

2. Educational Qualifications & Field Experience

• Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
• Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in construction and maintenance of residential and non-residential buildings, including designing, estimating, contracts, and supervision.

• Age Limit: Must not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
• Deputation Period: Ordinarily not exceeding four years.
